摘要 针对丹巴铜镍矿原矿品位低、氧化率高、脉石矿物可浮性好且易泥化的特征,通过试验研究,确定了铜镍混合浮选-铜镍分离的浮选工艺流程对该矿进行回收利用。并充分的利用了捕收剂的吸附竞争,在铜镍混浮精选作业中添加CMC,改变了脉石矿物对捕收剂的吸附竞争强度,使得有用矿物对捕收剂的吸附竞争强度增加,改善了镍矿物的可浮性,较好的实现了有用矿物与脉石矿物的浮选分离。在较佳的浮选工艺条件下,小型实验室闭路试验可获得铜品位21.55%、铜回收率64.65%的铜精矿和镍品位5.19%、镍回收率66.80%的镍精矿的选矿指标。 Aimed at the characteristics of low grade, high oxidation rate, good floatability and easy agilitization, through experiment research, the technological flowsheet of copper-nickel mixed flotation and copper-nickel separation was adopted. By making full use of the absorption competition, CMC was used in copper-nickel mixed concentration, changing the absorption competition strength of gangue minerals, making the adsorption intensity of the valuable ore increased,improving the floatability of nickels and realizing the separation of the valuable and gangue minerals. After the optimal technological conditions were determined,laboratory closed-circuit test could get the copper concentrate with the Cu grade of 21.55% and the Cu recovery 64.65% and the nickel concentrate with the Ni grade of 5.19% and the Ni recovery of 66.80%.
