内蒙某铜矿浮选新药剂试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Research on the New Flotation Reagent Formula Employed in a Copper Orein the Inner Mongolia

摘要 内蒙古某铜矿石中黄铜矿粒度粗细不等,且存在辉铜矿和铜蓝交代黄铜矿的现象,与呈浸染状的黄铁矿关系密切,不易单体解离。采用常规优先浮选工艺,以石灰、水玻璃为调整剂、乙基黄药为捕收剂进行铜硫分离,铜精矿品位一直在10%左右,且回收率很低,虽经多次工艺技术改造,产品指标仍然没有提高。试验采用以H2SO4+Na2SO3+FeSO4药剂组合作为调整剂、以Z-200作为捕收剂的新药剂制度,进行铜硫分离试验研究,取得了铜精矿品位和回收率分别为18.25%和88.03%的选矿指标。新药剂制度应用于该矿生产,经过两年多的生产实践表明,该工艺顺行,产品质量稳定,精矿品位始终保持在18%以上。 The chalcopyrite of the copper ore in Inner Mongolia has great difference in particle size. Furthermore, it has the phenomenon of metasomatism and closely relates with the disseminated pyrite, which makes it difficult for monomer dissociation. When the normal optimal flotation technology by using lime and water glass as regulator and thyl xanthate as collector for the separation of copper and sulfur was adopted, the grade of the copper concentrate was about 10% and the recover was also very low. Several technological transformation was carried on, the product index still couldn't be improved. However,when the new reagent formula of H2SO4 +Na2SO3+ FeSO4 as regulator and Z-200 as collector was adopted,the copper concentrate with the grade of 18.25% and the recovery of 88.03% could be obtained. When the new system of agents was applied to the ore production, the practice of more than two years showed that this technology is feasible, the quality of products is stable and the grade of the copper concentrate is maintained at above 18%.
