摘要 根据高炉除尘灰综合回收碳、铁资源过程中,锌在各产品中的分布情况,通过严格控制分选细度,采用选择性捕收碳、强化抑制锌、强化矿浆分散等措施,有效地减少了锌在碳、铁产品中的损失,提高了尾泥中的锌含量。优化工艺条件后,碳粉中的锌含量降低至1.04%,损失率降低至8.32%;铁产品中的锌含量降低至1.02%,损失率降低至6.07%,锌在尾泥中的富集率提高至87.98%。通过控制合适的还原温度及还原时间,经挥发窑处理富锌尾泥,可获得品位65.34%,总回收率85.24%的氧化锌产品。 According to the distribution of zinc in all kinds of products during the process of carbon and iron separation from blast furnace dust,by strictly strolling separation fineness, adopting selective collection of carbon, intensified depression of zinc and intensified pulp dispersion, the loss of zinc in carbon and iron produced was reduced.Meanwhile ,the content of zinc in the tailing mud was increased. After the optimization of process condition, the content of zinc in the carbon powder and the iron products was reduced to 1.04% and 1.02%, and the loss rate was reduced to 8.32% and 6.07% respectively. Furthermore, the enrichment ratio of zinc in the tailing mud was improved to 87.98%. By controlling appropriate reduction temperature and reduction time, using volatilizing kiln to treat zinc enrichment tailing mud,the zinc oxide products with the grade of 65.34% and the total recovery of 85. 24% can be obtained.
