摘要
通过对云南某铁尾矿石进行工艺矿物学特性研究,掌握了含铁矿石种类、矿石间共生关系以及有用组分嵌布粒度细等特点,并对铁矿石选矿工艺进行了可行性分析。在此基础上开展了回收有价铁矿石的全磁选、强磁—重选和强磁—浮选等联合流程的选矿工艺试验研究。研究结果表明,全强磁选别流程技术指标好,获得铁精矿品位58.13%,回收率63.15%;且设备配置简单、作业效率高,使资源得到合理利用。
Through the research of the process mineralogy characteristics of an iron ore tailing in Yunnan ,such characteristics as iron-bearing ore types, symbiosis relation and fine dissemination size of the useful components were mastered. Furthermore, the feasibility of the mineral processing technology for the iron ore was analyzed. On this basis, the combined technological flowsheet of whole intensity magnetic separation and high-intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation and high-intensity magnetic separation-flotation was adopted to recover the valuable iron ore. The research results show that when the flowsheet of whole intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation was adopted ,the good indexes with the grade of iron concentrate of 58.13% and the recovery of 63.15% could be obtained. What's more,the equipment is very simple and can work efficiently with the resources to be used reasonably.
