摘要 根据杜威的"从做中学"、陶行知的"教学做合一"等教育理论,借鉴一些成熟的培训模式,结合多年的数学教师培训工作经验,构建了"导—研—行"教师培训模式.该模式是通过培训专家的"导"、参培教师的"研"和"行"(实践)等培训活动,完成培训任务、实现培训目标的一种培训形式.该模式具有引领性与示范性,反思性与研究性,操作性与实践性等特点.此模式在四川省农村中小学数学教师培训实践中取得良好效果. Teacher Training Model of "Guide-Research-Practice" is constructed by College of Information Science of Neijiang Normal University, on the basis of Dewey's "learning from doing", Tao xingzhi's "unification of teaching, teaching and doing" ere educational theories, and referencing some mature training models. The model is combining with the experience over many years of mathematics teacher training. Through the guidance of the training experts, the research and practice of the teacher, and other training activities, it can complete the training goal. The model has the following features: guidance and demonstration, reflection and research, practical and operation, etc. The model has a good effection on Mathematics teacher training practice for primary and secondary schools in Sichuan.
