摘要 大学生村官政策的实施有效推进了社会主义新农村建设中基层干部队伍建设。但是,目前的选聘机制较为单一,主要以统一考录为主,导致了部分大学生村官乡村工作中技能不适用、情感待融合等现象。委托培养是一种有效的补充选聘方式,可以在农村当年高考生中择优挑选,由县级主管部门与其本人和培养学校签订委托培养协议,学成后派回本村担任大学生村官。 The college student village leader policy has effectively promoted the grassroots leadership construction for the socialist new countryside construction. However, the present selection mode of student leaders is homogeneous and exam-based, which results in the inapplicability of students' skills and emotional estrangement to the real leading situation. This paper discusses a complementary selection mode based on consignment education-country-level authorities select excellent freshmen and sign a consignment education agreement with the freshmen and universities respectively. After graduation, the graduated students educated on the consignment basis are obliged to go back to serve in the villages. The paper further analyzes the pros and cons of this selection mode as well.
