高等农业职业教育发展的问题与对策——基于江苏的思考

Higher Agricultural Vocational Education Development:Problem-solution Discussion Based on Jiangsu Province

农业现代化需要更多的高素质技能型农业专门人才,这离不开高等农业职业教育的健康、持续发展。基于江苏高等农业职业教育发展现状,加强高等农业职业教育发展的途径和举措在于:加大投入,重视高等农业职业教育,进一步增强办学吸引力;优化专业结构,改善实习实训条件,进一步增强办学活力;加强宣传,开展高等农业职业教育综合改革示范区建设,进一步提高办学水平。

More high quality and skilled agricultural talents are needed for the modernization of agriculture, whose cultivation depends on the healthy and sustainable development of higher agricultural vocational education. Based on the analysis on the current situation of Jiangsu higher agricultural vocational education, this study offered the measures and paths for its improvement： placing more emphasis and input to HAVE and producing stronger education attraction for the public, vitalizing the college operation through optimizing the specialty setup and improving practical training and publicly releasing the achievement of comprehensive reform demonstration zone construction of HAVE.
