摘要
采用个案研究与叙事研究相结合的方法,描述某省属大学Y教师从适应到提升五个阶段的专业发展历程,并对其专业发展的若干重要主题进行反思,得出相应的启示与建议。对于地方大学教师专业发展,教师个人的教师责任意识是根本,自主发展意识是关键,专业创新意识是动力。同时,地方高校及院(部)系应该完善岗位培训机制,提供科研条件和组织关怀,创造教育培训和进修机会,为本单位教师专业发展提供良好的外部环境。
With the methods of both case study and narrative research, this study makes a description of the professional development of teacher Y in a provincial university, in which five stages from "adaption" to "promotion" are involved, and offers a reflection on some important professional development-related themes as well as some pertinent enlightenment and suggestions. It can be concluded that to realize the professional development for teachers in local universities, their personal responsibility consciousness as a teacher is fundamental and their autonomous development consciousness is the key, while their professional creative awareness offers motivation. Meanwhile, it is important that local universities, colleges and departments ought to consummate the mechanism of training and cultivating, provide the research environment as well as the care from the organizations, and offer more opportunities for educational training and further studies for their faculties. In this way, a good exterior environment can be created to promote the professional development for its own faculties.
