摘要
涉及输油管道土壤传热温度场时,线热源法、当量环法都都假设热油管道在土壤中的传热为稳定过程,计算结果与实际情况相比存在较大误差。采用有限单元法,对热油管道径向温度场和热流密度场进行了数值计算,模拟结果为以后预测土壤传热规律,制定合理输油工艺提供一定的理论基础。
When some complex heat transfer problems of soil temperature field are accompanied with hot oil pipe- lines, the computation results of linear heat source method and equivalent ring method exist large errors compared to actual results assuming that the heated crude oil transport in pipelines is in a steady heat transfer process. The nu- merical simulation on radial temperature field and the heat flux changing based on the finite element method offers the theoretical foundation for predicting soil heat transfer law and establishing rational transportation process.
