圆盘剪切边精度降低的故障分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对武汉钢铁(集团)公司某分厂出现圆盘剪轴向锁紧不可靠、剪切精度降低的故障,分别采用图解法和有限元法进行了分析计算,得出镰刀弯对圆盘剪产生的附加轴向力是圆盘剪锁紧不可靠故障的直接原因,通过对锁紧摩擦面进行滚花处理,再提高剪刃的装配精度,并在压紧环安装上之后加装锁紧装置,解决了此类故障。 According to the fault that rotary sheafs unreliable axial locking and low cutting precision of a branch of WISCO, the graphic method and finite element method were used to analysis the causes. The reason of the fault was that the sickle-like curve produced additional axial force on shear blade of rotary shear. The fault was eliminated by knurled handle locking friction surface, further increased the accuracy of the blade assembly, and installed locking devices after installation of the compression ring .
