摘要
结合智能电网愿景与南方电网的特点,思考南方电网应建设怎样的智能电网、如何建设智能电网等重大问题,提出南方电网应以建设一个智能、高效、可靠的绿色电网为总体目标;以需求引导、整体规划、有序推进、重点突破为规划原则;采取"两步走"的发展战略,第一阶段(2010—2013)着重规划、研究与示范,第二阶段(2012—)进行示范、推广与完善;在发电、输电、配电、用电这四个电力服务主要领域和信息通信支撑领域开展关键技术研究、技术标准体系建立和试点示范工程建设,以期富有成效地将南方电网建设成智能电网的模式。
In view of the vision of smart grid and the characteristics of China Southern Power Grid（CSG）,this paper answered the questions： what the smart grid is for CSG,and how CSG develops a smart grid and proposed a development framework for CSG.The whole objective of smart grid is to build a smart,efficiency,reliable and green grid.The smart grid should be planned in the principles of demand led,overall planning,promoting orderly and breakthrough in key areas.In the roadmap of the smart grid developing,there are two stages proposed： the first one（2010？2013） for planning,research and demonstration,and the second one（2012？） for demonstration,promotion and improvement.The smart grid RD must focus on the key technologies in the major fields of power generation,transmission,distribution and consumption side as well as the support fields of information and communication,and also focus on the establishment of standards and the implementation of demonstration projects as to productively achieve the object of smart grid developing in CSG.
