摘要 电网综合防御系统作为调度控制中心的重要技术支撑手段,其技术难度大,且涉及专业众多,国内外对该领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。总结了3年来在南方电网综合防御系统工程建设过程中遇到的多专业技术融合问题及其对策。首先以状态估计与直接法稳定分析的连通问题为例,说明综合防御系统融合多专业技术的必要性;其次对于综合防御系统的系统建设问题,从三道防线的角度提出运行方式专业和自动化专业需要在技术上进行融合,并给出了EMS与安全稳定分析融合的过程。最后,对于综合防御系统的架构问题,提出应从多专业技术融合的角度、并基于我国的国情选取分离式的架构。 The integrated defense system of power grid,one of the most important technical supports in modern power control center,is in a inchoative development stage and characterized by high-tech requirments and involvement of many specialized fields.This paper summarizes the issues and related countermeasures of multi-specialty technology merging in three years development of CSG(China Southern Power Grid) integrated defense system.The interconnection of state estimate method and dynamic stability direct stability analysis in power dispatching is firstly taken as an example to show the necessity of multi-specialty technology merging.Then for the building of integrated defense system,the paper analyzes the necessity of merging two special fields of power operation planning and power operation automation in terms of three defence lines,and provides the merging process of EMS and dynamic stability security.Finaally,for the infrastructure issue of integrated defense system,the separated infrastructure is proposed to take according to the requirment of multi-specialty technoogies merging and the reality in China.
