摘要
针对云南电网的动态稳定和滇西北富裕电力外送的存在问题,提出采用直流背靠背工程隔离滇西北中小水电和云南主网的工程设想,提出3种方案:剑川方案、黄坪方案和苏屯方案。通过技术经济比较,推荐剑川方案作为直流背靠背工程实施方案。进一步分析了剑川方案中直流逆变侧交流系统强度、直流背靠背故障对云南电网稳定的影响,以及直流背靠背对云南电网各个断面外送能力的改善。最后,建议将直流背靠背工程与500 kV串补工程相结合。
Aiming at the existing problem in the dynamic stability of Yunnan Power Grid(YPG) and the well-off power sending out of Northwest Yunnan,this paper proposes three HVDC back-to-back project schemes for isolating Yunnan main grid from the small hydropower in the Northwest,namely Jianchuan,Huangping and Sutun schemes.Through technical and economic comparisons among the schemes,Jianchuan scheme is recommended as the implementation plan,and it is analyzed in terms of DC inverter side AC system strength,DC fault impact on the stability of YPG,and the improvement of the section transmission capacity in YPG.Finally,it is suggested that the cooperation of HVDC project and 500 kV series compensation project should be considered.
