摘要
以无人机低空遥感为平台,对无人机在复杂地形条件下地质灾害监测中数据获取和数据处理,并采用GIS空间分析进行灾害规模和损失评价的方法进行了研究,最后以武隆鸡尾山山体垮塌和城口庙坝堰塞湖灾害监测为例进行了验证。结果表明,采用无人机低空遥感技术手段进行地质灾害监测能为救灾决策提供准确的基础数据和强大的技术支撑,具有重大的战略实用价值。
This paper researched the method of data collection, data processing based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Low-altitude Remote Rensing and Geo-hazards scale. It ensued losses assessing by GIS spatial analysis and taking landslide of Jiwei Mountain in Wulong and Barrier Lake hazar in Chengkou county of Chongqing for example. The results show that this technique can do provide accurate data and powerful technology-based supports for decision-making for disaster and have great strategic and practical value.
