摘要
论述了沙棘黄酮提取与分离技术的研究进展。对沙棘黄酮的提取方法包括热水提法、有机溶剂浸提法、微波提取、酶法提取、超声提取等提取工艺和大孔树脂吸附法、薄层层析法、硅胶柱层析法、凝胶柱层析等分离纯化技术研究现状进行了讨论,为沙棘黄酮的产业化开发提供了技术基础。
The current situation on the extraction and separation techniques of seabuckthorn flavone was reviewed.The extraction techniques included hot water extraction,organic solvent extraction,microwave extraction,enzyme extraction and supersonic extraction,and the separation techniques included macroporous resin absorption,thin layer chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,gel filtration chromatography were discussed.It provided technology basis for the industrial exploitation of seabuckthorn.
