摘要
分别采用不同的仪器及方法:氨基酸分析仪茚三酮柱后衍生和高效液相色谱丹磺酰氯柱前衍生,建立对食品中牛磺酸测定的方法,比较了两种方法的检出限、定量限以及回收率等,结果表明两种仪器方法各有优点,适应在不同情况下对食品中牛磺酸进行测定。
Use different instruments and methods as amino acid analyzer ninhydrin post-column derivatization and HPLC dansyl chloride pre-column derivatization,to establish the method of determing taurine.By the comparison of LOD,LQD,recovery,etc.,the results show?that??two methods have their own advantages.They can assay?the taurine in?food?in different cases.
