摘要
试验对30个养殖场的鸡蛋样品中氟喹诺酮类药物进行检测,评定氟喹诺酮在畜产品中残留对人体是否产生不良影响。此次检测方法采用高效液相色谱法,依照中华人民共和国农业部颁布国家标准对其进行判定,样品鸡蛋中的氟喹诺酮类药物最小残留量为0.000 136 6μg/mL,最大残留量为0.006 891 3μg/mL,测定结果为0.003 904 44μg/mL,30组数据p=0.316值大于0.05,无显著性差异。检测结果表明:所选天津市30个养殖场的鸡蛋样品,氟喹诺酮类药物含量均在国家允许的范围之内,可放心食用。
This experiment was conducted to determine 30 samples from different farms in Tianjin.The aim is to detect and evaluate whether Fluoroquinolone remains in animal husbandry products is harmful to human body.Using high performance liquid chromatography,according to Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China promulgated by the national standard of the judge,the drug residues minimum of the samples of eggs Fluoroquinolones was 0.000 136 6 μg/mL,maximum residue was 0.006 8913 μg/mL,the determination results was 0.003 904 44 μg/mL.30 sets of data p = 0.316,a value greater than 0.05,no significant differences.Test results show that the selected 30 Tianjin farms eggs samples,Fluoroquinolones drugs content are in country permitted range,it's safe to eat;the selected 30 samples eggs in Tianjin farms,Fluoroquinolones drugs were affected by test parameters in methods.
