The paper expounds the construction method of prestressed anchorage cable technique in constructing spillway of the Zhangfeng Reservoir.The analysis is conducted from following aspects：hole-drilling,grouting in sur-rounding rock,installing anchorage cable,placing concrete of anchonchor block,grouting in anchorage cable hole,ten-sioning,quality control and safety measure.The construction method can provide reference for other similar project.
