秦皇岛市引青济秦东西线对接工程的重要性

摘要 秦皇岛市引青济秦工程以洋河水库为界分西线工程和东线工程。自20世纪90年代初以来,洋河水库水体的富营养化问题越来越突出,藻类频繁爆发,严重影响了北戴河和秦皇岛市的城市供水质量。因此,实施引青济秦东西线对接工程,实现引青济秦全线封闭输水是十分必要的,也是十分迫切的。引青济秦东西线对接工程的设计规模为:2010水平年设计流量为5.36 m3/s;2015水平年设计流量为5.79 m3/s;2020水平年设计流量为7.30 m3/s。文中通过效益分析,认为该工程在经济上是合理的,并且社会效益也是十分显著的。 Taking the Yanghe Reservoir as the boundary line, the Water Transfer Project from Qinglong River to Qinhuangdao City is divided into east line works and west line words. Since 1990% the eutrophication problem of the reservoir's water body is serious increasingly, and various kinds of algae appear frequently. The water quality deterioration has influenced severely the water supply quality of Beidaihe and Qinhuangdao City. Therefore, constructing the east-west line connecting works and realizing closed water supply in the whole project's water transfer line are extremely necessary and pressing. This works" design discharge is 5.36 m^3/s in design level year of 2010, 5.79 m^3/s in design level year of 2015, 7.30 m^3/s in design level year of 2020. Through benefit analysis, the paper considers that this works" economic returns are reasonable, social benefits are outstanding.
