泽城西安水电站(二期)导流洞进出口段共设置了三套闸门,二套为平板钢闸门,孔口尺寸为4 m×8 m,一套为弧形闸门,孔口尺寸为7.0 m×6.5 m。文中叙述闸门及其埋件的防腐蚀施工及质量控制,具体内容包括:闸门金属表面的预处理、金属表面喷涂工艺和金属表面涂料涂装。

There are three gates in the inlet and outlet section of diversion tunnel of Zecheng Xi＇an Hydroelectric Power Station Project （second phase）.Two are plain steel gates , the opening sizes are 4 m×8 m .One is a radial gate , the opening sizes are 7.0 m×6.5 m .The paper expounds the anti-corrosion construction of gates and their embedded parts and construction quality control .The concrete contents include preliminary treatment on metal surface of gate , the gunting technique and japanning technique on gate surface.
