The paper introduces the principle, method and meaning of construction geology logging, tanking a wa-ter diversion project as an example, by CAD technique and through making construction geology logging revelation drawings of excavated foundation ditch of diversion line, foundation pits of building, dam body, drainage prism, an-chonchor blocks in line turning points, carries out geological description of these pits and ditch, so as to give even better service for construction acceptance.
