摘要
锦州小凌河大桥为倾斜式双套钢箱拱塔斜拉桥,外塔高约66m,内塔高约54m,采用竖转提升技术架设钢拱塔。施工时,在钢桥面上组拼焊接内、外拱塔,并安装竖转辅助机构,分别将内、外拱塔依次竖转至桥位状态,竖转就位后焊接竖转接口,安装并张拉斜拉索,使内、外拱塔形成整体受力结构。采用SAP 2000及ANSYS软件分别进行内、外拱塔整体受力及铰的局部受力计算分析,结果表明结构强度均满足规范要求。
Jinzhou Xiaoling River Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with inclined double-set steel box arch pylons. The outer pylon thereof is about 66 m high while the inner pylon is about 54 m high. Both the pylons were installed by the techniques of vertical rotation and lifting. In the construction process, the inner and outer pylons were assembled and welded on the steel deck of the bridge, the auxiliary mechanism for the vertical rotation was installed there as well and the inner and outer pylons were then successively vertically rotated to their designed positions. After the pylons were rotated in place, the joints of the vertical rotation were welded, the stay cables were installed and tensioned to make the inner and outer pylons become an integral structure to carry load. The software SAP2000 and ANSYS were used to respectively calculate and analyze the integral and local force conditions of the inner and outer pylons and the hinges. The results of the calculation and analysis prove that the structural strength of the pylons and hinges can well meet the relevant requirements in the codes.
