不同通风条件下钢质舱壁温度试验模拟

摘要 研究船舶火灾中钢质舱室舱壁升温规律对于研究舰船火灾过程中舱壁的结构性能变化以及结构防火优化设计具有重要的指导意义。使用FDS模拟不同通风条件下实船全尺度火灾。结果表明,船舶舱室火灾受通风影响较大并且释热率不与通风面积成比例关系;使用FDS模拟舱室壁面及顶部的温度,预计结果和试验结果接近,误差在25%以内。 Studying the bulkhead temperature rising law of the vessel fire has important guiding significance for the structural performance and fireproof optimization design. Use FDS to sire ulate the fullcale fire tests of ship under different ventilation conditions. The results showed that the ship compartment fires were affected by ventilation greatly and the Heat Release Rate is not proportional to the ventilation area when using the same pool. The results of FDS and the experimental results are close within 25% error.
