摘要
采用熔融共混方法制备线型低密度聚乙烯(LL-DPE)/二氧化钛(TiO2)/氧化锌(ZnO)三元纳米复合阻燃材料,通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、红外(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)对复合阻燃材料的微观形态及结构进行表征,证明共混形成的TiO2和ZnO纳米粒子在LLDPE基体复合阻燃材料中呈纳米级分散;对其力学性能的测试表明,三元纳米复合阻燃材料的拉伸断面趋于韧性化,当纳米粒子质量分数为3%时,与纯LLDPE相比,冲击强度提高约49%,拉伸强度提高约18%,断裂伸长率也有所增加。
The LLDPE/TiO2/ZnO nanoeomposites were prepared via melt-blending technique. The morphologies and structures of composites were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-1R ) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was shown that the melt-blended TiO2 and ZnO molecules were well-dispersed in LLDPE resin at nano-scale. Results of the mechanical properties tests showed a significant toughening effect. Compared with the pure LLDPE, the impact strength and tensile strength of the new nanocomposite with 3% nanopartieles fillers were increased by 49% and 18%, re spectively.
