摘要
采用宏观分析方法观测不同受热温度下普通纸面石膏板、耐水纸面石膏板和耐火纸面石膏板的宏观形貌,研究了宏观形貌和裂纹与温度之间的对应关系。结果表明,随着温度升高,纸面石膏板芯材的颜色发生由深到浅的变化,护面纸破损剥落程度逐渐加重;在300℃时开始产生裂纹,裂纹的数量和长度在温度的作用下呈现规律性的变化。上述变化规律在三种纸面石膏板中基本一致。
The macroscopic morphology of ordinary gypsum board, water-resistant gypsum board and fire-resistant gypsum board under different heated temperature were observed. The corresponding relationship between the macroscopic morphology and cracks and temperature were studied. The results showed that with temperature increasing, the color of gypsum board changes from deep to shallow and the damage degree of protect tissues gradually increase. The cracks begin to show up at 300 ~C and the number and length of them regularly changes under heated temperature. The above change regular of three types of gypsum board is in the basic agreement. Among them, the changes in the ordinary gypsum board are the most obvious.
