和谐社会构建中高职教育与社会流动的关系探讨

Discuss on the Relationship between Higher Vocational Education and Social Class Fluxion in a Harmonious Society

合理的社会流动是构建和谐社会的基础。在构建和谐社会的过程中,高职教育与社会流动相互促进:高职教育通过扩大高等教育入学机会和提供社会培训,能够促进社会的合理流动,社会的合理流动通过彰显高等教育"升迁"和"改善"功能,有利于扩大高等教育需求,进而推动高职教育的持续发展。

Reasonable social fluxion is the basis of harmonious society. In the process of building a harmonious society, vocational education and social fluxion should promote mutually. Through enlarging higher education enrollment opportunity and providing social training, reasonable social fluxion is expected to be promoted. Through ＂optimizing＂ and ＂improving＂ of higher education to realize social fluxion, which is beneficial to enlarge requirement of higher education in order to promote sustainable development of higher vocational education.
