摘要
采用问卷调查法对广东省六所高职院校的教师评价制度进行调查研究,分析了教师评价制度的现状,指出了其中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Through questionnaire survey, we have investigated the teacher evaluation system in si x vocational colleges in Guangdong province. This paper has pointed out some of the problems in t he systems and put forward positive suggestions.
