摘要
目的:研究温燥对气道生物屏障的影响及意义。方法:114只SPF级昆明种小鼠随机分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组,每组38只;于处理后第6天与第12天行气道组织病理、气管纤毛运动(CM)、气道液黏多糖(RS)、IgG与分泌型IgA(SIgA)含量检测。结果:与常温常湿组比较,常温燥组第6-12天气道病变不明显但IgG下降与CM加快(P<0.05)。温燥组气管上皮细胞化生与纤毛缺损、黏膜腺上皮化生与肺泡瘀血、水肿,第6天RM下降(P<0.05)、第6-12天CM加快(P<0.05)但IgG、SIgA持续下降。结论:温燥袭肺,受邪部位津液骤伤,气道抗体下降而损"免疫屏障"与削弱"纤毛-黏液毯"御邪屏障之功,病邪之液滞凝成痰而致气道病变,并为筛选温燥伤肺证候特异性指标提供实验资料。
Objective:To investigate the effects and significance on the biological barriers of mice in warm dryness.Methods:114 Kuming mice(SPF) were randomly divided into the normal-temperature and normal-dampness group(group A),normal-temperature and dryness group(group B),warm dryness group(group C),38 mices/group.The mice model was established with the documents.After 6,12 days the airway's pathology,cilia movement(CM),IgG and secretory IgA(SIgA) were detected respectively.Results:Compared with group A,the trachea change of group B was not obvious but decreased of IgG and fasted of CM(P〈0.05).In group C there were squamous metaplasia of the epithelium and the gland and injuried of the cilium and congested and dropsied of pulmonary alveolus as decreased of RM in day 6(P〈0.05),speeded of CM(P〈0.05)and decreased of IgG and SIgA in day 6-12 day.Conclusion:It suggested in the airway pathologies of warm dryness the tissues were wounded and decreased of the glands and injured the immunogical barrier of the antibodied level and weakened of the "cilia-mucus barrier" so that induced the inflammational fluids turned to the 'sputum-evils',which was useful to search the specially symptom marks for warm dryness.
