盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体包封率测定方法的研究

Study on determination method for entrapment efficiency of Berberine hydrochloride proliposomes

目的:建立盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体包封率的测定方法。方法:采用葡聚糖凝胶柱G-50色谱分离-HPLC测定盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体包封率。结果:以pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)为洗脱溶剂(洗脱速度1.0mL/min),柱回收率为98.6%-100.5%,3批样品包封率测定结果RSD<2%。结论:本研究建立的测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体包封率。

Objective：To establish a determination method for entrapment efficiency of Berberine hydrochloride proliposomes.Methods：Sephadex filtration chromatography G-50 was used to separate,combining high-performance liquid chromatography method to calculate the entrapment efficiency of Berberine hydrochloride proliposomes.Results：With PBS（pH7.0） as an eluting solvent and ？ow rate 1.0mL/min,column recovery ratio was 98.6%-100.5%,and entrapment efficiency RSD was within 2%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of entrapment efficiency of Berberine hydrochloride proliposomes.
