益气通窍汤联合丹参针治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical research of allergic rhinitis by treated with oral Yi Qi Tong Qiao Tang and the inferior turbinate injection of Danshen

目的:观察内服益气通窍汤联合下鼻甲注射丹参注射液治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组服用自拟益气通窍汤联合下鼻甲注射丹参注射液,对照组据病情轻重服用氯雷他定片或联合布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻,4周为1疗程。结果:近期综合疗效,两组显效率、总有效率差异无统计学意义;远期综合疗效、近期证候疗效、远期证候疗效,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:内服益气通窍汤联合下鼻甲注射丹参注射液治疗变应性鼻炎,具有近期疗效和远期疗效好的优势。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of allergic rhinitis using the inferior turbinate injection combined with oral Chinese herbs.Methods：The standard 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 30 patients.Treatment group were treated with YI Qi Tong Qiao Tang combined the inferior turbinate injection of Danshen.According to the severity of disease,the control group oral loratadine tablets or combined with budesonide nasal spray.One course of treatment have 4 weeks.Results：Recently comprehensive efficacy,the markedly effective of the two groups,the total efficacy were no significant difference;Comprehensive long-term efficacy,the recently syndromes efficacy and the long-term syndromes efficacy,the treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Oral Chinese herbs combined the inferior turbinate injection to treat allergic rhinitis have the advantage of recently efficacy and long-term efficacy.
