从肝论治慢性咽炎30例疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on chronic pharyngitis treating according the liver

目的:观察疏肝利咽方对慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组以疏肝利咽方加减治疗,对照组给予双花草珊瑚含片,均连续治疗2个月,观察治疗后两组症状改善情况。结果:经过2个月的治疗,治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、73.33%;组间总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利咽方治疗慢性咽炎近期疗效显著。

objective：To observed the clinical effect with Recipe of Dredge Liver and Beneficial Throat.Method：Randomize 60 patients with chronic pharygitis into experimental group（30cases） and control group（30 cases）.Experimental group were adminstered with Recipe of Dredge the Liver and beneficial the Throat and patients in control group were treated with SHCSH lozenge.Therapeutic effects were observed about 2 months.Results：After 2 months＇s treat,the total effective rate（93.33%） with experimental group was better than that（73.33%）in control group（P〈0.05）.Data shows significant difference between experimental group and the control group after the treatment.Conclusion：Recipe of Dredge the Liver and beneficial the Throat have notable short-term effect on chronic pharyngitis.
