摘要
基于平面波展开法数值模拟了砷化镓构成二维正方晶格、三角晶格和六角晶格光子晶体的带隙特性,得出构成的三角晶格具有较大完全带隙。数值模拟了砷化镓构成三维光子晶体的金刚石结构、蛋白石结构和木堆结构,得出金刚石结构具有较高的完全带隙。结论为实验及应用研究提供理论支持。
Transmission characteristics of two dimensional square lattice, triangle lattice and hexangular photonic crystal constituted by GaAs, the triangle lattice structure easily generates large complete band gaps. Three dimensional diamond, fcc, woodpile photonic crystal structure constituted by GaAs, the diamond structure easily generates high complete band gaps . The results provides theoretic basics for the experiment and application.
