摘要
目的 :了解维甲酸治疗肝癌对 AFP水平、肝功能有无影响。方法 :通过复制大鼠肝癌 CBRH- 3模型 ,将其分为 4组 ,A组 10 0μm ol/ L全反式维甲酸 +无水酒精组 ;B组 10μmol/ L全反式维甲酸 +无水酒精组 ;C组无水酒精组 ;D组生理盐水组 ,每组均通过开腹直视下瘤内注射药物 ,治疗 3天后采集外周血 ,通过放射免疫法测定血清AFP水平及肝功能。结果 :A组 AFP与 C组、D组比较均明显降低 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,B组 AFP与 C组、D组相比差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,各组肝功能比较差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :10 0 μmol/ L 全反式维甲酸治疗肝癌可使 AFP水平下降 ,10μmol/ L全反式维甲酸治疗肝癌 AFP水平无明显降低 ,维甲酸治疗肝癌对肝功能无明显影响。
Objectives: To evaluate the effects of rat hepatoma CBRH-3 model on the serum level of Alpha-fetroprotein(AFP) and liver function of rats by treatment with all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA). Methods: CBRH-3 rat model was made by implanting CBRH-3 rat hepatoma tissues within the left lobe when the foci grew up to a size of about 1 cm in diameter. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 100μmol/L ATRA plus ethanol injection(group A)10μmol/L ATRA plus ethanol injection(group B) ethanol injection(group C) and normal solution(group D) into the center of liver neoplasma respectively. The hepatic function and the serum level of AFP were observed after treatment 3 days. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the serum levels of AFP.Results: The level of AFP in group A was significantly lower than those in group C and group D(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the serum level of AFP among group B,group C and group D(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the liver function among the 4 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The serum level of AFP may be decreased by treatment with 100μmol/L ATRA. The serum level of AFP cannot be changed by treatment with 10μmol/L ATRA. There is no significant influence on the liver function after treatment with ATRA. [
