论我国非政府组织在公共危机应对中存在的问题与对策

THE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN PUBLIC CRISIS PROCESSING OF NGO IN CHINA

近年来在公共危机应对中的实践证明了非政府组织是公共危机应对的一股重要参与力量。但我国非政府组织在参与公共危机应对过程中仍面临诸如缺乏参与渠道、独立性欠缺等问题,因此需要对症下药,采取有效措施拓展参与渠道、提高独立性,同时注意非政府组织的自我深化,从而实现有效应对公共危机。

In recent years,practices in public crisis processing proved that the NGO is an important part of the methods to process pub- lic crisis. But Chinese NGO still face some problems in participation in public crisis, such as the lack of channels and independence, so we need to suit the remedy to the case ,take effective measures to develop channel, improve the independence, and pay attention to the deepness of NGO, so as to achieve effective coping with public crisis.
