应用精细被膜解剖法的全甲状腺切除术 被引量：7

摘要 全甲状腺切除术（total thyroidectomy，TT）可有效避免复发手术，但由于涉及喉返神经及甲状旁腺的解剖，TT在临床应用仍有争议，需要精细的解剖技术才能保证手术的安全有效。2008年3月至2011年3月，常州市第一人民医院共行甲状腺手术1335例，其中TT267例，现回顾性分析如下。
