Investment banking is one of the core curriculums of finance. The marked characteristics of this course are its practice and application, so we must establish a practice teaching system. A complete investment banking practice teaching system should include the process -driven classroom teaching, task -driven training and flexible internships. We can modularize each aspect of this course, reform and enrich the content of each module.
