摘要
管道内检测是近年新兴的一项技术,在管道完整性管理中发挥着重要作用。与采用文件模式进行手工管理的传统内检测数据管理相比,管道内检测闭环管理避免了前后环节信息不一致及再次内检测时无法有效利用历史数据的问题,改善了完整性管理的循环效果。在分析管道内检测数据采集、存储、使用流程的基础上,结合管道数据模型(PIDM),提出了以内检测项目信息作为循环开始,统一内检测数据格式,利用线性参考技术进行数据校准和关联,依据PIDM历史数据模式进行数据存储,经缺陷评价后建立开挖单以规范管理维修维护,以维修单更新缺陷状态为循环结束。通过各环节的完整衔接,实现了基于内检测技术的管道完整性闭环管理。
Inner inspection of pipeline is a new technique developed in recent years,playing a significant role in the integrity management of pipeline.Compared with traditional internal data management systems in manual management with documents,the closed loop management of inner inspection of pipeline can avoid inconsistency between former and latter links or unavailable use of historical data in re-inspection of pipelines,etc.,so as to improve cycle effects of integrity management.Based on analyzing the acquisition,storage and use flow process of inner inspection of pipeline and combined with PIDM pipeline data models,this paper puts forward a cycle that starts from inner inspection information,and then unifies the forms of inspection data,carries out data calibration and correlation with linear reference technology,saves the data based on PIDM historical data model,and establishes excavation sheets to normalize management,repair and maintenance,and ends with failure state updates of the repair sheet.Through complete connection of different links,the closed loop management of pipeline integrity is realized based on inner inspection technology.
