摘要
枕头坝一级水电站工程规模大,工程地质条件复杂,施工难度大。针对施工安全控制管理难点,在分析工程建设安全控制特性的基础上,提出了加强安全生产控制的对策,以及落实安全管理的具体措施和实际工作重点,侧重阐述了实施动态管理、抓好关键环节以及注重制度建设和安全投入配套等作法,可供其他水电工程建设安全管理工作借鉴。
Zhentouba Hydropower Station I is characterized by large scale, complicated geology and great construction difficul- ty. In the light of the difficulties in construction safety control, on the basis of analysis on safety control characteristics of the pro- ject construction, the countermeasures for strengthening safety construction control, the concrete measures for implementing safety management, the focus in practical work are put forward. The concrete working methods of dynamic management, control of key links, system construction and investment for safety control are mainly presented, which can provide reference for construction safety management of other hydropower projects.
