摘要 枕头坝一级水电站工程开挖料源组成较为复杂,在设计砂石加工系统时需要对各种料源进行分析。侧重介绍了料源规划和砂石加工系统的设计方案。本着"节约投资、利于环保"的原则,充分利用主体工程开挖渣料,只用一套砂石料加工系统来生产不同混凝土品种的骨料。工程实践表明,该方案具有占地面积小、配备料仓少等优点,同时还能够有效节约人力和设备投入。 The composition of excavation material source of Zhentouba Hydropower Station I is complex, so the analysis on va- rious material sources is needed during the design of aggregate processing system. We present the design scheme of aggregate pro- cessing system and planning of material source. Based on the principle of saving the cost and favoring the environmental protec- tion, the material excavated from the principal part of the project is fully used and only one processing system is used to produce different kinds off concrete aggregates. The engineering practice shows that the scheme can be realized successfully and has the advantages of less land occupation and batch silo; meanwhile, the input of manpower sources and equipment can be saved.
