摘要
针对文化创意产业投融资存在的"硬资产少、软资产多、投融资风险大"的特点,分析影响其投融资的技术风险、管理风险、信用风险、市场风险和融资风险等各类风险因素,利用访谈和问卷调查的数据,在影响关系基本假设的基础上,建立了文化创意产业投融资风险因素的SEM模型,并对数据进行信度和效度检验。利用SEM模型,分析风险因素间的内涵关系,得到各风险因子间的SEM路径图,并对SEM模型分析解释,结果显示:技术风险因素和管理风险因素对文化创意产业投融资风险的影响较为显著,应采取一定的措施予以控制。
Cultural- creative industries have the following characters： less hard assets, more soft assets and bigger investment and financing rise Based on the above character, this paper analyzes all the risk factors influence investment and financing risk, including technology risk, management risk, credit risk, market risk and financial risk. Using SEM method, this paper tests the mechanism between risk factors and investment and financing risk. The results indicate that technology risk and management risk are the core factors affecting investment and financing risk. Furthermore, countermeasures are given to promote the development of Cultural- creative industries.
