摘要
目的了解河南省大学毕业生就业焦虑的现状。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对河南省4所本科院校365名大学毕业生进行问卷调查。结果大学毕业生的焦虑水平得分为(44.01±4.14)分,与全国常模得分(29.78±0.46)分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=3.429,P<0.01);文科大学毕业生的就业焦虑水平(44.49±4.26)分,显著高于理科大学毕业生(43.50±3.80)分(t=2.333,P<0.05);非师范类大学毕业生的就业焦虑水平为(44.53±4.60)分,显著高于师范类大学毕业生(43.57±3.90)分(t=2.151,P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,影响大学毕业生就业焦虑水平的因素有专业性质(OR=1.173,95%CI:1.011-1.323)和是否师范类(OR=1.238,95%CI:1.032-1.649)。结论高校应进一步增强大学毕业生的就业指导,关注大学毕业生的就业心理健康。
Objective To explore employment anxiety prevalence of college graduates in Henan Province. Methods Employment anxiety of college graduates was measured by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). 365 college graduates in four universities was investigated. Results Compared with the whole country norm (29. 78 ± 0. 46), the anxiety of college graduates ( 44.01 ± 4. 14 ) were higher ( t = 3.429, P 〈 0. 01 ). There was significant statistics difference ( t = 2. 333, P 〈 0.05 ) between liberal arts graduates (44.49 ± 4. 26) and science graduates (43.50 ± 3. 80 ). And between teacher professional (43.57 ± 3.90 ) and non-teacher professional (44. 53 ± 4. 60 ), there was significanly statistical difference (t = 2. 151, P 〈 0. 05 ). Regression analysis results showed that main influencing factors associated with anxiety were liberal arts ( OR = 1. 173, 95% CI: 1.011 - 1. 323 ) and non-teacher professional ( OR = 1. 238, 95% CI: 1. 032 - 1. 649). Conclusion Employment guidance and mental health education should be enhanced and paid more attention.
