2009年省市县三级健康教育机构业务工作现状调查

National survey of health education professional work in 2009

目的了解2009年全国健康教育机构业务工作情况。方法各省(直辖市、自治区)、市、区和县级健康教育机构以函报方式逐级填报本级业务工作情况,调查内容包括对基层提供技术支持、健康教育服务提供、媒体合作和传播材料制作等。结果 2009年全国省、市、区县三级健康教育专业机构共培训下级专业机构1.5万次,培训人员80余万人次;共开展公众健康咨询3.8万次,健康知识讲座4.7万次,播放音像资料时间28.7万小时,更换宣传栏5.4万次;与各级报社合办栏目1557个、活动报道1.8万次,与各级广播电台合办栏目871个、合办节目1714个,活动报道1.1万次,主办网站520个;共设计制作平面传播材料4.3亿份、音像制品97.3万份,发送手机短信1.5亿条,实物0.2亿个。结论 2009年统计报表工作质量和效率较往年明显提高,全面掌握了各级健康教育机构业务工作情况。

Objective To understand the current professional work situation in all health education institutes. Methods Professional work in different levels of provinces （ including municipalities and autonomous regions）, city, district and county health education institutes were reported to higher organization. The contents included profession works on technical support, health education services, media cooperation and communication materials to basic level. Results In 2009, 15 thousands times of training and 800 thousands persons were totaUy carried out by higher health education institu- tes in all different levels （provinces, city, district and county）. 38 thousands times of health counseling, 47 thousands times of health related lectures, 287 thousands hours of video playing, 54 thousands issues of bulletin board were implemented. As to co-work with other related department, 1557 times of programs and 18 thousands times of reports were finished with television stations, 871 times of programs, 1714 times of activities and 11 thousands times of reports were established with broadcast station. 520 internet websites were built. 430 millions copies of print media, 973 thousands video were published. 150 millions short mobile messages and 20 million gifts were sent to target population. Conclusion The quality and efficiency of national survey are better than before, and reflected the national health education professional work situation in 2009.
