摘要
目的 研究肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)病毒在血管内皮细胞 (HEC)内的增殖。方法 采用微量免疫酶斑法检测HFRS病毒 (A9株、PUV株 )感染后HEC的病毒繁殖动态 ,并与病毒在Vero -E6细胞繁殖动态相互对比。结果 HFRS病毒感染HEC后第一天即可检验到病毒释放 ,A9株第 3天达增殖高峰 ,PUV株第 7天达增殖高峰。结论 HFRS病毒可在原始靶细胞HEC内增殖 ,但不同的病毒株繁殖速度不同 ,这种差异可能与其致病力有关。
Aim:To study the multiplication of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) virus in human endothelial cells(HEC) and vero-E 6 cells.Methods:HFRS pathogenic strain (A 9)and non-pathogenic strain(PHV)infected HECs, at different time after infection (1d,3d,5d 7d 9d),the titers of virus were measured by micro immunoenzymatic plaque method.Results:HEC infected with A 9 strain produced infectious virus during the first 3 days to a peak and declined later, this was contrast with the PHV growth pattern observed in HEC,which showed increasing yields of virus up to 5 day after infection.Conclusion:HEC as HFRS virus original target cell can produce infective virus.But there were different grow patterns in different strains and host cells. This diversity may be associated with HFRS virus infective activity.
