摘要
澜沧江侧格水电站最大水头28.7m,按照规范,装设贯流式和轴流式机组均可行。由于贯流式机组具有过流量大、效率高、空蚀小、投资省等优点,在充分考虑技术可靠性和经济合理性的基础上,确定选用贯流式水轮发电机组。侧重介绍了较高水头条件下水轮发电机组制造难度系数、灯泡体强度以及推力轴承设计等方面的计算方法,并与国内目前已建或在建的大中型灯泡贯流式水电站相关技术指标相比较,认为澜沧江侧格水电站装设贯流式机组在技术上是可行的。
The maximum head of Cege Hydropower Station on Lancang River is 28.7m. Both tubular turbine - generator unit and axial turbine - generator unit are feasible according to the norm. The tubular turbine - generator unit is selected with the con- sideration of the technology reliability and economical rationality, because this kind of unit has advantages of larger passing - flow, higher efficiency, smaller cavitation and less investment. With the case of Cege Hydropower Station, the manufacture diffi- culty coefficient of hydro - generator unit and the calculation methods of the bulb body intensity as well as the design of thrust bearing are introduced for higher head. The result shows that the tubular turbine - generator set is technically feasible after com- paring with some large and medium - sized bulb tubular hydropower stations built or being built in China.
