摘要 某35MW水轮发电机组在调试期间出现了上机架振动超标、下导摆度偏大以及不稳定振动等现象。通过测试数据分析并结合现场观察,结果发现由于支撑系统的刚度不足、发电机转子的质量不平衡以及动静摩擦等原因,导致机组出现了异常振动。经放大下导油盆密封间隙和动平衡处理之后,成功地消除了该机组的振动故障。对机组振动故障所采取的措施及处理经验,可供相关问题诊断与处置提供借鉴。 A variety of vibration problems such as overproof vibration of upper frame, larger throw and instable vibration of lower guide occurred during the debugging process of a hydro - generator set with installed capacity of 35 MW. In view of the a- nalysis of measured vibration data and in - site observation, the results show that the abnormal vibration of the hydro - generator set is likely due to insufficient stiffness of support system, mass unbalance of rotor, dynamic and static friction and so on. By am- plifying lower bearing seal clearance and conducting dynamic balance in the field, the vibration faults of hydro - generator set are solved successfully.
