摘要
海外承包工程的外部风险一直被工程界视为高危风险,其对项目的影响在一定程度上是颠覆性的。为了防范海外承包工程外部风险,根据长期的海外工程经验,结合实际工程案例,对外部风险进行了重新诠释和归类,指出了政治风险、合同风险、经济风险、技术风险和施工风险的特征,并针对5类风险产生的条件,总结提出了具体的防范措施。
The external risk recognition for overseas project contracting is always considered as high risk in engineering circle, and its influence on the projects are subversive. In order to prevent the external risk of overseas project contracting, based on long time overseas project constructing experience and in the combination of practical project cases, the external risk is explained and classified again, and the characteristics of political risk, contract risk, economic risk, technical risk and construction risk are pointed out. In the light of the conditions of 5 risks, the countermeasures area put forward.
