摘要
基于学报编辑工作的特殊性、编辑业绩的潜隐性、编辑需求的高层次性以及编辑的劳动难以量化的特点,对学报编辑实施柔性管理很有必要。组织管理者对学报编辑实施柔性管理,是在刚性管理的基础上渗透的,是以人为本的管理,其目的是更好地激发编辑的主动性、积极性以及内在潜能。学报编辑柔性管理的途径有:实行弹性坐班制、实施柔性的目标管理、制定动态的业绩考核机制、灵活运用多种激励措施。
Given the peculiarity of journal editing,the covertness of the editor's performance,the high editorial demand,and the inability to quantify the editorial labor,the author of this paper emphasizes the necessity of the flexible management of journal editors.The practice of flexible management is based on rigid management and people orientation,the purpose of which is to stimulate the initiative,enthusiasm and potentiality of journal editors.Flexible management of journal editing may include flexible work shift,flexible management by objectives,the establishment of dynamic evaluation mechanisms,and the elastic application of incentive measures.
