The Right of Life under the Perspective of Bioethics

生命权是生命伦理学中的主要概念。生命权在生命伦理学中存在的问题主要表现为:把生命权简单地理解为生的权利和死的权利;不同文化对生命权的理解不同;生命权与其他权利之间存在冲突。为了更好地实现对生命权的尊重与保障,需要大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观,树立以人为本的理念;促进生命伦理学的跨文化交流;加强对生命权的法律研究与制度建设。

Right of life is the main concept of Bioethics. Problems of the right of life in bioethics mainly are ： the fight of life is simply understood as right of living and fight of death ; different culture has different understand- ing of right of life ; conflicts exist between right of life and other rights. In order to realize the respect and safeguard for fight to life, it needs to carry forward the socialist core values, and set up the people - oriented idea ; to promote cross - cultural communication of Bioethics ; to strengthen the legal research on right of life and system construc- tion.
