摘要
目的了解医学生利用图书馆的偏好与期望,测度、评价湖北医药学院图书馆的服务质量,进而探讨我校图书馆服务伦理建设的基本策略。方法自制调查问卷,对目标时间内进入社科期刊阅览室的学生读者进行为期两周的随机问卷调查,回收有效问卷102份。调查数据结果采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析和讨论。结果目标时间内,入馆学生人群偏好显示学生利用图书馆技能不足,阅读偏好提示图书馆利用的教育与引导不够,完善服务与馆藏资源是学生充分利用图书馆的基本期望。结论明确图书馆服务责任、平等基础上的持续性图书馆利用教育、馆员良好的服务素养、满足学生个性化需要的馆藏资源建设和阅览结构指导等,是提升高校图书馆服务水平的基本伦理内涵。
Objective:To investigate the library usage preferences and expectations of medical students, to e- valuate library service quality and to discusses the basic strategy for promoting service ethics construction in our uni- versity. Methods:Questionnaires were used in students in the Social Science Periodicals Reading Room for two weeks, 102 questionnaires were returned and data were collected and analyzed by usage statistical software SPSS11.5. Results: The results identified inadequate skills and inadequate education and guidance in utilizing the library were the major problems in students. The provision and acquisition of more current and relevant information materials and better service would greatly improve the patronage of the libraries. Gonclusion: Clear service respon- sibility of library, persistent library usage education, good service quality of librarian and construction of collection resources that meet students'requirements are the basic ethical content to improve the service in university library.
