摘要
针对医院科研中存在科研人员主动性不够,绩效考核管理制度不完善等问题。在分析问题的基础上,提出科研管理绩效考核的方式:合理定位,科学运转;明确职责,量化考核。通过伦理化的绩效考核,科室建设和人才培养迈上了新台阶,科研活力不断增强。证明绩效考核一方面能促进人才发挥特长;另一方面有利于鼓励后进者积极进取,形成有序的竞争局面。
Accordlng to the problems such as initiative of scientific research personnel is insufficient, the per- formance appraisal management system is not perfect and so forth, this paper proposed the mode of performance management, namely reasonable positioning, scientific operation; clearly duty, quantification assessment. Through the ethics of performance appraisal, department construction and talents training to step on a new stage, the scien- tific research is improved with vitality. Performance evaluation on one hand can promote the ability of the special talents, on the other hand can encourage junior positive enterprising, forming an orderly competition situation.
